My current timetable is listed below.
YOGA - I only teach online right now.
BOOTCAMP - these run in 8 weeks blocks for the best value (and all the trimmings i.e. recordings, extra challenges etc) but you absolutely can join random bootcamp classes here and there, you by no means have to be in it for the full 8 weeks. Pick and choose what you want, but be aware it's only live sessions - no recordings unless you've committed to the full block.
BOXING - I have one class on Wednesday evenings, Southside Glasgow.
PTS 121 - I have plenty day-slots both online or in person, best to email to chat about those ones!
As most cancellations happen last minute, I operate an on-the-day cancellation policy.
No refunds or moving to a different date if it's on the day.
Space is precious and I sometimes have a waitlist, or other opportunities, so I have to optimise bookings/spaces.
However, if it's out-with those limitations, then please feel free to re-book yourself.
Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum numbers are not met - but that's hardly ever been the case. Please spr ead the word for me and keep the classes alive and well!
In regards to 1-2-1 sessions, they are best booked by contacting me directly at Info@lisacunninghamyoga.com
Please read the full T&C's carefully. A minimum 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled 1-2-1 sessions and blocks are non-refundable once paid for - just use them! :-)
