Personal Training

I offer private one-to-one training sessions in the comfort of your own home. Yes, that's right - I come to you! I fully understand the gym or fitness classes aren't for everyone, so this is why I decided to offer this privatised service, which has become very popular.

*Please note I also offer this type of one-to-one training from a studio space in Bishopbriggs and Garscube Sports Complex in the West End. Slots are available for booking!*

The main benefit of having your own Personal Trainer is that the sessions are tailored specifically for YOU. And you only. 

Your goals. Your body. Your fitness level. Your personal situation. Your private space. 

You can train solo or with a partner and the sessions can be of Personal Training nature (i.e. cardio, weight lifting, body weight exercises etc.) or Yoga (lengthening, stretching, toning, relaxing, re-aligning...) 

Or, if you'd prefer, a mix of both. After all, I do believe a variety of different training styles can be of huge benefit to the mind and body.

All fitness levels are welcome. 

**A minimum 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If your personal trainer is absent due to holiday or sickness, that session will be reinstated to you and rescheduled at the earliest convenience.**
