I offer private one-to-one training sessions in several diffetent locations...

  • Your home - yes, I'll visit you if within a reasonable distance (I stay in Glasgow's Southside)

  • My home - I teach clients from a lovely colourful art-filled space in the Southside!

  • Outdoors - a park or a garden, we don't need much space!

  • Online - 45 minute sessions at home can be very accessible and effective.

The main benefit of having your own Personal Trainer is that the sessions are tailored specifically for YOU. 

Your goals. Your body. Your fitness level. Your personal situation. Your space. 

You can train solo or with a partner and the sessions can be of general Personal Training nature (i.e. cardio, boxing, weight lifting, body weight exercises etc.) or Yoga (lengthening, stretching, toning, relaxing, re-aligning...) 

Or, if you'd prefer, a mix of both. After all, I do believe a variety of different training styles can be of huge benefit to the mind and body.

I have very limited space right now (Autumn 2022) but always feel free to ask me anyways. If I can squeeze you in, I will! 

**A minimum 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If your personal trainer is absent due to holiday or sickness, that session will be reinstated to you and rescheduled at the earliest convenience.**
