For all online classes I use Teams!  

Bishopbriggs Wednesday nights class is in-person, as well as online.

All University of Glasgow classes must be booked with the Stevie Building directly, not me! :)

5.20pm Online Yoga Flow (45 mins) 

Tuesday

NO PT SLOTS AVAILABLE, NO CLASSES! :) 

Wednesday

​7-10am Weekly 121 PT slots available.

12.15pm BoxFit @ University of Glasgow (45 mins)

1.30pm Learn 2 Yoga @ University of Glasgow (60 mins) 

5pm Yoga @ University of Glasgow (60 mins) 

6.45pm IN-PERSON Yoga Flow @ New Dawn Wellbeing Hub, Huntershill Village, Bishopbriggs (60 mins, online option also available) 

Thursday

5pm ​Online Yoga Flow (45 mins)

Friday

7.50am Online Friday Morning Flow (40 mins) 

*Please note, I offer 1-2-1 sessions within the time slots listed above. 

Yoga, boxing for fitness, or general cardio/strength training. Your choice! Yes, you can chop and change each week, no problem.
