Weekly Yoga Classes
Yoga is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. My yoga classes attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. All are welcome.
One-to-one private tuition, or with a partner, for a more personal approach to your daily fitness regime. This centers around making fitness work for you, no matter your circumstances. Together we will devise a diverse personal programme with exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced.
